This Privacy Policy explains how ClozeEZ ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the ClozeEZ platform, website, and related services (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, property details, offer and showing information, messages you send through the Platform, and — if you request financing pre-qualification — financial information such as credit-score range, purchase price, down payment, and loan type.
Information collected automatically: device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, searches run, and general usage data, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6).
We use your information to operate the Platform; create and manage your account; facilitate property searches, offers, showings, and closings; connect you — at your request — with the parties and service providers needed to complete a real estate transaction; provide customer support; send transactional and service communications; improve and secure the Platform; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own independent marketing. Any disclosure that could be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law is limited to the transaction-related purposes above, and you may opt out (see Section 5).
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which we delete or de-identify it. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information; however, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
California residents (CCPA/CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use and disclose it; to request access to or deletion of your personal information; to correct inaccurate information; and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Platform. The Platform also loads mapping features (Google Maps) that may set their own cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
The Platform is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
