About Pixelist Media
A real estate marketing agency in the Phoenix metro offering listing photography and videography plus social media content, with more than 20 years of photography and videography experience on the team.
What a photographer does in an Arizona sale
A real estate photographer shoots your home for the listing: wide, bright, corrected interior photos, exteriors timed around desert light, and often add-ons like drone aerials, twilight shots, 3D walkthrough tours, and floor plans. Deliverables are sized for the portals and ready to upload.
What to ask Pixelist Media before you hire
- A portfolio of real estate work specifically, not weddings with a house on the end
- HDR or flash-balanced interiors: look for readable windows, not white rectangles
- Drone licensing (FAA Part 107) if aerials are included
- Turnaround in 24 to 48 hours; your listing timeline cares
- Full usage rights to the images for your listing and marketing
- Twilight exterior option; in Arizona it is the money shot
What photographers typically cost in Arizona
A standard listing shoot in the Valley commonly runs roughly $150 to $400 depending on home size and photo count. Drone aerials often add $100 to $200, twilight shoots and 3D tours more. As a fraction of the commission you are not paying, it rounds to zero.
